Nasal Syringe: for removing mucus from nose and mouth of newborn

Lamb Puller: For pulling kids that have the head turned back and you just can not get it to stay straight. TIP: take the instruction card and have it laminated so you can put it on the ground and follow the instructions as you are using it. we find we use it so seldom that when we need it we have forgotten the steps to posititon it on the kid inside the doe.

Weak kid feeding set up: Tube and Syringe

Special 60 cc syringe (they also come in 140 cc)

Pritchard Teat: We find these the BEST for baby goats. BE SURE you get the KID teats rather than the LAMB teats. The lamb teats are double dipped in the latex and are to stiff for kids.

Hanging Digital Scale:Cost is around $80 but worth every penny of it. This scale is accurate, light weight and can fit in the pocket of your coveralls! We attach a quick snap dog collar on it and we can hang it any where . We use a lamb sling to weigh the kids in and use a bucket to weight feed etc. An investment we are delighted we made!

Sprayline Markers: These are special washable paint markers. They STAY for several days but can be scoured out. We use them when we worm, vaccinate or anytime we need to MARK an animal. The fact that they will remain on the hair for sometime is a real PLUS! We keep several colors on hand.

Small Roto Tags: They come in several colors and any numbers you want. We use them to ID our kids. Click here to learn about out unique ID system .


Medi Boot: We have not used these yet but they look like a wonderful product when you need it.

Drenching Syringe: Comes in 10, 30 and 50 cc. We have several of each size and they are indespensable. Worth every penny you pay for them! There is also a Pint size.

Premier and Mid States Livestock

Back Pack Drenching Setup: This is very handy for drenching a herd at a time. We find that the Valbazen bottle work better than the one that comes with the set up.

ALSO - there is another model that is less expensive and has a horrible bottle with it - but here again if you buy the large bottle of Valbazen you can you that bottle with the drench set up . The large bottle of Valbazen comes with a FREE back pack strap so be sure to get the strap from your Vet when you buy the product.
